Please contact me (via: copyright@thepicsees.com) to obtain permission before using my work for any reason other than those specified on the main terms and conditions page. Permission to use my artwork (including but not limited to pictures, poems and quotations) will be granted at my discretion and only if you agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below. If I do give you permission I will confirm this in writing (via email/facebook) once you've confirmed (via email/facebook) that you agree and accept all of the terms and conditions on this page.
This will always be for a non-exclusive one-time use of one artwork for the purpose requested by you and does not include any other rights.
If I do give you permission to use my artwork you may do so free of charge. However, if you can afford to, please consider making a donation to support me and my work. This is in no way required and will not affect my decision to grant you permission but it will be greatly appreciated and will help me to create more artwork.
The artwork may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes and only for the purpose specified in your request/correspondence. The Artwork or any part/variation of the image/item/object/artwork/text/music and/or any likeness created from or inspired by it, may not be published, licensed, sold, re-sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purposes in any way whatsoever unless I give you my prior written permission to do so.
Please note that this does not apply to any of the artwork found on the commissions page of our gallery (thepicsees.com/gallery/gallery_commissions.php) which may only be used by the person/s who commissioned and/or paid for the artwork to be created.
The artwork may not be edited, changed or manipulated in any way (including being used as part of a collage) and no element of the artwork may be removed and nothing may be added (either directly or indirectly) unless I give you my prior written permission to do so.
The image/item/object/artwork and/or any likeness created from or inspired by my artwork may in no way be used in conjunction with anything (including but not limited to text and/or other images/artwork/symbols) that may be regarded as explicit, offensive, political, hateful, discriminatory or in any way inappropriate to all age groups. This is not negotiable.
If I give you permission to us my artwork you may share or post pictures/photos/video of an image/item/object/artwork and/or any likeness created from or inspired by my artwork on personal non-comercial websites, social media pages or groups (unless otherwise specified by me in our correspondance) as long as you always credit "the Picsees" as the original artist of the work . This MUST BE DONE CLEARLY and in such a way that there is never any doubt about this fact (e.g. ‘Original artwork by the Picsees’). Whenever possible also include a link to our website (www.thepicsees.com).
DO NOT claim any collaboration or partnership in any way when giving credit or with any accompanying texts/images/audio (e.g. made in collaboration with’ or ‘in partnership with’).
You may not publish any image/item/object/artwork and/or any likeness created from or inspired by my artwork offline in any way or any from (including but not limited to: books, magazines, flyers, business cards etc) or use it (both online and offline) as a whole or part of a logo, website design etc. unless I give you my prior written permission to do so.
PLEASE NOTE: I reserve to right to change or update these terms and condition at any time without prior notice. All permissions granted is for a non-exclusive one-time use of my artwork and only for the use specified and will always be subject to the current version of these terms and conditions (which can always be found by via: www.thepicsees.com/terms).
If any of these terms are violated at any time, or if I deem my rights or my work to be exploited in any way, any and all rights granted to you may be retracted. This will be at my discretion. If this happens you must also ensure that all instances of the artwork that was shared/posted/published by you (either directly or indirectly) are removed immediately.
