Our digital downloads, the design thereof and anything featured in it (including but not limited to artwork, stories, poems and prose) may only be used for personal, non-commercial use and only as: A) a wallpaper/digital calendar on your own personal phone, tablet, computer or other similar devices or B) PDF stories/picsee-tales to read on a personal e-reader or to print a single copy for personal reading purposes or C) a cover picture or avatars on your personal social media pages unless you received prior written permission from me to do otherwise. These donwloads (including but not limited to wallpapers, PDF's, cover pictures, avatars) and any image/artwork/quote/poem/stories/text featured on/in it (or any likeness created from or inspired by them) may not be reproduced, redistributed, exhibited, copied, changed, edited, published, licensed, sold, re-sold or used for any commercial purposes in any way whatsoever.
The wallpapers, cover pictures, stories, avatars and any images or desings therein - as a whole, or any part of it, may not be edited, changed or manipulated in any way and no element of the work (including the signature and copyright notice) may be removed and/or altered without my prior written permission to do so.
We are happy for you to tell others about our digital downloads. If they would like a copy to use on their devices, social media pages or to print (in the case of stories), we ask that you refer them to our website and/or patreon pages to download their own copies. Please do not send/post/email/forward any of the pages, images, PDF's and/or artwork you downloaded anywhere or to anyone.
You may NOT publish it offline in any from (including but not limited to: books, magazines, tattoo flash, flyers, business cards etc) or use it (both online and offline) as a whole or part of a logo, website design etc. without prior written permission form us to do so.
All work (including but not limited to drawings, paintings, stories, poems and prose) and/or any part/variation/likeness of it remains the sole property of the artist. No rights other than those specified in point 1 above are granted.

All permissions granted is for a non-exclusive one-time use of my artwork and only for the use specified in point 1 above and will always be subject to the current version of these terms and conditions (which can always be found by via: www.thepicsees.com/terms).
If any of these terms are violated at any time, or if I deem my rights or my work to be exploited in any way, any and all rights granted to you may be retracted. This will be at my discretion. If this happens you must also ensure that all instances of the artwork that was shared/posted/published by you (either directly or indirectly) are removed immediately.
