All artwork and text used on our products are original work by The Picsees.
A quick summery - You are not allowed to make or sell any products based on any of the artwork seen or bought from this shop, even if you bought an original drawing or painting unless this was specifically agreed in writing. You are welcome to photograph any items bought from this shop and you may share these photos on personal social media pages as long as you clearly credit "the Picsees" as the original artist/author and everything in or around the photo is appropriate to all age groups.
No copyrights, including any from of commercial or reproduction rights, are transferred to you when purchasing any items in our shop or any of our other outlets. All the artwork used on our products (including, but not limited to: drawings, sketches, paintings, illustrations, photos, characters, text, stories, poems, rhymes, songs and quotations) and/or any part/variation/likeness of it remains the sole intellectual property of the artist and may NOT be reproduced, redistributed, published, exhibited, edited, changed, copied, licensed, sold, re-sold or used for any commercial purposes in any way unless I give you prior written permission to specifically do so. This also applies to any of my work found elsewhere (both online and offline).
You are welcome to take photos of any items that you bought in this shop and you may share these photos on personal non-commercial social media pages and/or websites on the condition that:
a) you always credit "the Picsees" as the original artist of the work. This must be done clearly and in such a way that there is never any doubt about this fact. Whenever possible please also include a link to our website (www.thepicsees.com).
b) it is never used/displayed/shown with and/or close to anything (including but not limited to text and/or other images/artwork/symbols) that may be regarded as explicit, offensive, political, hateful, discriminatory or in any way inappropriate to all age groups. This is not negotiable.
You may not publish any image/item/object/artwork and/or any likeness created from or inspired by my artwork offline in any way or any from (including but not limited to: books, magazines, tattoo flash, flyers, business cards etc) or use it (both online and offline) as a whole or part of a logo, website design etc. unless I give you my prior written permission to do so.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or to cancel any orders of anyone we believe may be misusing our services, may be misusing our or any other artist's intellectual property, are being dishonest, deceptive, disrespectful, abusive, threatening or intimidating in any way, who are in breach of our terms and conditions and/or any other similar situations that may be deemed inappropriate or unacceptable.

From time to time we will share vouchers, discount codes, and promotional offers (henceforth referred to as vouchers) on our website, social media pages, on inserts, via mailing lists and/or via emaill for use in our shop. Unless stated otherwise, these vouchers will be valid from the day of issue up to and including the end date specified on or with it (if no end date is specified, it will be valid until the last day of the month in which it was issued). The end date will be based on GMT/BST Time. Unless otherwise stated, all vouchers will only be valid for one use per person and can only be used for physical items purchased from our webshop at www.thepicsees.com/shop (although we may also issue vouchers and/or discount codes that can be used in our ko-fi store [digital downloads] and our ETSY store - this will be specified). Vouchers cannot be combined or used with any other vouchers or promotions and do not apply to postage and packaging (unless specifically stated otherwise). All vouchers and/or discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
