We want to ensure that every item you order from our shop gets to you safely and at the best price possible. To do this we use different packaging methods for each item, all of which has been tried, tested and safely sent around the world many times over (A short explanation of how each item will be packaged is provided under the “shipping” section which can be found towards the bottom of each item listing). We also only charge you the amount that we are charged by the post office to send the actual parcel, which is calculated according to weight (see https://www.postnl.nl/en/mail-and-parcels/mail/international-mail/), plus up to € 0,10 on selected items to contribute in part towards the cost of the packaging materials. All other packaging material & additional costs are covered by us.
We might be required to write the contents of your order on the parcel or to attach a customs from (stating quantities and values) to your parcel. This will depend on the country of destination and the contents of your order. Any import duties charged by your county's custom services are your responsibility. If you have any specific or additional requirements for your country customs office please contact us before placing a order.
We always aim to ship all orders by the next working day whenever possible but please allow between 1 - 3 business days for this. All parcels are shipped from The Netherlands via PostNL (the standard postal service in the Netherlands). We use their standard service (unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing) to keep the shipping costs to a minimum. The delivery times for this service is reasonable and parcels are usually delivered well within their estimated delivery times (please note that customs handling in certain destination countries can sometimes cause unavoidable delays). Currently we do not offer an express shipping option because of the high costs of these services. If however you do require a fast option or if you have any other questions please contact us before placing an order and we'll be happy to get a price and discuss the available options with you.

Our shipping cost are based on 5 weight categories (see below for details) which means you can save on postage when you order multiple items together, and quite often items will be shipped along with other items at no additional cost at all. For example: When you order a large fridge magnet, which weighs about 30g it falls into is the 20-50g weight category. If you then add a set of 3 badges (+12g) the weight of your order will be about 42g which still falls within the 20-50g category, so it will costs you nothing extra to include the badges.
We are also happy to say that we offer discounted rates on parcels over 100g giving you a significant discount on the cost of sending the parcel.
When multiple items are ordered together they will usually all be sent in one parcel and the packaging method and/or materials that are used to make up this parcel may therefore differ to that specified under the “shipping” section of each listing. In some cases an order may be sent in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you, to ensure each item reaches you safely.
We keep our postage and packaging cost as low as possible and only charge the actual amount needed to send you the parcel (based on current postage costs, which can be seen here on PostNL website ) + € 0,10 to contribute in part towards the cost of the packaging materials. The post office use 5 different "weight categories" and our postage and packaging costs are therefore based on these. The shipping cost for your order will automatically be calculated at checkout (you'll see this in the step after entering the delivery address, which is needed to caluclate the cost) but we included a breakdown of the prices for you below. We really want every item that you buy in our store to be something that you can treasure. It is therefore very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case and there is any item with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us right away and we will do our very best to rectify the problem. If we are for some reason not able to resolve the problem we will be happy to offer you a refund subject to the following conditions: You must notify us of any problem with your order and/or request a refund within 7 days of receipt (or 14 days for buyers within the European Union as per EU regulations). All the items for which you would like to be refunded must be returned to us, at your expense, in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note: Do not return any items before contacting us first, we will give you detail of how and where to send the goods.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We only refund postage and packaging charges if a) we sent you an incorrect or defective item or b) the item was purchased and sent to an address within the European Union as per EU regulations. Please note if your items are sent with any non standard shipping options per your request (e.g. express shipping) the shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund any custom-made, made to order or personalised items, special orders and digital content (please note that individual button badges and mini magnets are made to order).
