We really want every item that you buy in our store to be something that you can treasure. It is therefore very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case and there is any item with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us right away and we will do our very best to rectify the problem. If we are for some reason not able to resolve the problem we will be happy to offer you a refund subject to the following conditions: You must notify us of any problem with your order and/or request a refund within 7 days of receipt (or 14 days for buyers within the European Union as per EU regulations - see below for more detail). All the items for which you would like to be refunded must be returned to us, at your expense, in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note: Do not return any items before contacting us first, we will give you detail of how and where to send the goods.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We only refund postage and packaging charges if a) we sent you an incorrect or defective item or b) the item was purchased and sent to an address within the European Union as per EU regulations - see below for more detail. Please note if your items are sent with any non standard shipping options per your request (e.g. express shipping) the shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund any custom-made or personalised items, special orders and digital content.
As per the European Union regulations regarding the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, which was implemented on June 13 - 2014, buyers residing in the European Union and participating member countries have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to exercises this right all payments, including the original shipping charges (this does not include any additional or express shipping costs requested by you), will be refunded to the buyer, provided that the item is returned unused and undamaged to the seller. The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. This right does not extend to custom-made products and certain perishable goods, unless otherwise specified by the seller. Digital content, including artwork and patterns, are not be eligible for return. Rules governing digital content vary by EU member country.
